Exchange and return policy

At Good Doctor, we guarantee the high quality of our products, and we always strive to provide you with excellent service.

Return period :

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 3 days of the date you receive your order.
The refund amount will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

Order cancellation conditions :

The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is executed or shipped.
The customer is not entitled to cancel an order that contains products made to order after they have been made.

Exchange and return terms:

The product must be intact and in its original condition, and in its original packaging if it is wrapped in a bag or box.
The customer’s receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton or shipping envelope) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
The store is not responsible for any damage resulting from misuse by the customer.
In case of exchange or return, the customer bears the shipping and delivery fees "to and from" or they are deducted from the value of the returned order.
If the shipment is not received from the shipping company, and the customer does not request that the order be reshipped, the order will be cancelled, and the order value will be refunded to the customer, after deducting the delivery and return fees from the total order value.
If the shipment is not received from the shipping company, and the shipping company returns the order to our headquarters, the customer has the right to request that the order be reshipped, and the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping fees in advance.
Return, exchange and warranty services extend within the geographical boundaries of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Special conditions for the medical clothing department:

Replacement and return of medical clothing (scrubs and coats) after they have been worn and used is generally not possible.
Exchanges are accepted if the size was incorrect, and if the item is in its original condition and within 3 days of receiving the order. Therefore, you should make sure of your correct size, and we have provided you with a size chart on each product page to make it easier for you to know your correct size.
Medical clothing cannot be exchanged or returned due to a change in color after it has been removed and worn, so please choose the color that suits you carefully.

Special conditions for the books section:

Exchange and return are not possible for books after they have been received by the customer.

Shipping fees :

Shipping fees may vary depending on the shipping company.
Shipping fees may be reduced or free in some cases and on certain occasions.
In the event of a return or exchange request, the customer bears the basic shipping fees for the shipment to and from the location, noting that the shipping cost is calculated based on the actual price of 39 riyals "locally" and not on the discounted or free price granted at the time of purchase.

Laser printing or engraving products, made to order, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Headphones with a name printed on them are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
Bags with names on them are neither exchanged nor refunded.
