Exchange and return policy

At Good Doctor, we guarantee the high quality of our products, and we are always keen to provide you with distinguished service.



Refund period :

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the date you receive your order.
  • In the event of a refund, the order amount will be deposited into your account within 5 working days.


Exchange and return terms:

  • The product must be intact and in its original condition.
  • The customer's receipt of the shipment from the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgment from the customer that the shipment (carton or shipping envelope) is intact, in good condition, and has not been opened before receipt.
  • The store will not be responsible for damage caused by the customer's misuse of the product.
  • When requesting an exchange or return, the customer is responsible for the delivery or shipping fees, which are paid to the shipping company, or the shipping cost is deducted from the product value when the return is approved.
  • If the shipment is not received by the delivery representative or the shipping company and the customer is late in requesting a re-delivery and paying the re-shipping fees, the order will be destroyed, with the delivery and return fees deducted.
  • If the customer enters the address incorrectly and the shipment is returned, the customer will bear the delivery and return fees.
  • In case of order cancellation, the order amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • Return, exchange, and warranty services extend within the geographical borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Special conditions for the medical clothing section:

  • Exchange and return of medical clothing (scrubs and coats) after wearing and using them in general is not possible.
  • Exchange is accepted if the size is incorrect, and it is in its original condition and within 3 days of receiving the order. Therefore, you must ensure your correct size. We have provided you with a size chart on each product page to make it easier for you to know your correct size.
  • Medical clothing cannot be exchanged or returned due to color change after removal and wearing, so please choose the color that suits you carefully.


Special conditions for the books section:

  • Exchanges and returns are not possible for books after they are received by the customer.

  • Laser printing or writing products, made to order, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Headphones with the name written on them are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • Bags with the name written on them are not exchangeable or refundable.
