Delivery fees: vary from one country to another, ranging from 24 riyals in Saudi Arabia to 55 riyals for the Gulf countries
Delivery time:
The delivery process to all regions and cities of the Kingdom takes from two to five working days.
The delivery process to the rest of the Gulf countries takes 5-9 working days.
- Shipment delivery may be delayed for more than five working days in some seasons, depending on cities, regions, and shipping companies.
- The customer has the right to cancel the order and get the full amount back if the order is delayed in delivery for more than fifteen days.
