Dear customer, welcome to our Warranty Policy page. We at Good Doctor strive to provide and secure a full warranty in the event of a defect in materials, design, or manufacturing after purchase through our store, and on certain products. For more details, please read the following paragraphs:
Gold Warranty Requirements at Good Doctor Store:
1- The warranty on all electronic devices is one year from the date of purchase, and a purchase invoice is required.
2- The warranty covers all manufacturing defects or problems related to the quality of the device . Based on this, the device will be maintained or replaced if maintenance is not possible.
3- The warranty covers all malfunctions resulting from quality and manufacturing defects.
4- If the device cannot be repaired within 21 days from the date of receipt, it will be replaced with a new one.
The warranty service excludes malfunctions resulting from:
• Misuse of the product or failure to comply with the usage instructions in the product manual or the instructions referred to on the Internet and digital pages when activating the device.
• Breakage, impact, or exposure of the device to external factors such as liquids, humidity, or high temperatures.
• Repair or maintenance attempts by parties not authorized by the agent or supplier, or the use of spare parts not approved by the Specifications and Standards Authority.
Note : The warranty does not cover shipping fees or delivery costs to and from the customer's location.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not meet this condition, and return the product to the customer at the customer's expense.
