Shipping and Delivery Policy
Our shipping companies deliver to the following countries:
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- The UAE
- Kuwait
- Qatar
- Bahrain
- Oman
Shipping is done via the following shipping companies:
- SMSA
- Aramex
- DHL
The customer selects the preferred shipping company before completing the payment process.
Delivery fees: vary from country to country, ranging from 24 riyals in Saudi Arabia to 55 riyals for the Gulf countries.
Delivery time:
- Delivery to all regions and cities of the Kingdom takes from two to five working days.
Delivery to the rest of the Gulf countries takes 5-9 working days.
- Delivery of the shipment may be delayed for more than five working days in some seasons such as official holidays, depending on the cities, regions and shipping companies.
- The customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund if the order is delayed in delivery for more than fifteen days.
