*To return an order, according to the exchange and return policy announced in the store.*
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Returns are allowed within 3 days of receiving the order from the shipping company.
The customer will be responsible for the return fee of 29 riyals to the shipping company.
*We need the following from you to submit a refund request:*
- State the reason for the return.
- Product image
- Pay a return fee of 29 riyals, so that we can obtain a new number from the shipping company to ship the product and return it to our headquarters.
After meeting the conditions, we will give you the * return shipment number * ⬅️ * and deliver the shipment with the number to the nearest branch of the shipping company that delivered your order.
After the shipment arrives at our headquarters, the products are inspected, and when the return is accepted, the value of the products is returned to your account from which you paid, whether by bank card, Tabby, Tamara, or other payment methods. ✅
