🔹 *Important terms and conditions* 🔹
The products covered by the warranty are electronic devices.
- Warranty period is one year from receipt of the product.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover defects resulting from misuse.
Upon arrival of the returned product, it will be inspected and examined by a specialized team.
Based on the examination result, one of the following actions will be taken:
1. Maintenance and resend the device.
2. Replace the device.
3. Return the device value.
- The warranty does not cover shipping costs to and from the customer's location.
The warranty process usually takes between 5 and 20 days.
🛑 *Important instructions for the customer* 🛑
- To request a warranty, you must pay a shipping fee of 29 riyals so that we can return the device from your location to our headquarters via shipping companies.
- After paying the shipping fees, we will send you a special shipment number to return the device.
You must take this number with the device you want to recover and deliver it to the nearest SMSA branch and provide them with this number.
- You must package the device well so that it is not exposed to any damage during shipping.
When requesting a return on the website, you will be asked to write a description of the problem you encountered with the device or product, and a picture of the device.
